HOW TO ENTER

 Good news - it’s easy + fun.

 STEP 1: Check out what we’re looking for + our Terms & Conditions.

STEP 2:  Grab a smartphone + make a quick video of yourself telling us 3 things:

Ø      your name

Ø      your favourite thing to do in Wainuiomata

Ø      why you’d love to be chosen for a Wild Wainuiomata Weekend

 OR

If making a video isn’t your thing, that’s cool, just come and enter in person: SUN 26 Feb 3.00pm @ Wainuiomata Library, Meeting Room One.

 STEP 3: Post your video on the Love Wainuiomata Facebook page – this means you’ve also agreed to the T & Cs.  

STEP 4: See if you’re one of the winners when they’re announced 11am TUES 28 Feb on the Love Wainuiomata Facebook page.

 

WHEN DOES IT ALL HAPPEN

Competition EntryNow’s the time to get in. Entry’s open for FIVE days from WED 22 February to 11.59pm SUN 26 February.

To enter just check out the T&Cs and post your video on the Love Wainuiomata Facebook page during that time. Or enter in person at the Wainuiomata Library SUN 26 Feb 3.00pm.

Winners Announced:  Check it out 11.00am TUES 28 Feb on the Love Wainuiomata Facebook and lovewainuiomata.comWe will also notify winners directly via the Facebook account they used to post their entry.

Wild Wainuiomata Weekend: It kicks off for the 6 winners at 9am SAT 4 March and wraps up 5pm SUN 5 March.

 

WHO CAN ENTER?

It’s open exclusively to Wainuiomata locals.  

Children can enter if they’re aged 10+ years, have caregiver permission and a trusted adult who enters with them. 

 

HOW ARE THE WINNERS CHOSEN?

It’s going be tough picking just 6 winners so we’ve got a panel to help. Their focus is on picking the people whose Wainuiomata passion shines brightest in the videos.

WHAT’S THE PRIZE?

The winners get a Wild Wainuiomata Weekend together. They’ll get delicious food and be transported to some of Wainuiomata’s most amazing places and activities. We’ll be travelling all over Wainuiomata from Pukeatua all the way to the Coast including having a go at quad biking, horse trekking, the Ropes Challenge Course, golf and more. They’ll also get digital copies of lots of the professional photos that have been taken of them. All for free!

 WHY?

The Wild Wainuiomata Weekend is a great way to celebrate and share how amazing Wainuiomata is. We’ll be taking lots of videos and photos that we can use to promote Wainuiomata as a great place to live and visit. 

 

 Terms & Conditions

To enter you have to be:

- a Wainuiomata local

- 100% excited about having an amazing Wild Wainuiomata Weekend

- totally happy to see photos + videos of yourself everywhere including the use of your name.

- able to give full permission (via a signed consent) for Love Wainuiomata to own, use and share all material from the WWW including photos, videos and quotes.

- available for the full weekend from 9.00am Saturday 4 March until 5.00pm Sunday 5 March (times may vary slightly).

- in contact with us by 12pm WED 29 Feb if you’re a winner. Just phone 020 411 69759, email team@lovewainuiomata.com or message via Love Wainuiomata Facebook. If we can’t connect with you by this time your prize will unfortunately have to transfer to another entrant.

- accepting that there may be circumstances where we have to reschedule or cancel the prize.
